  1. Hi,

I know this is not a serious problem but I have been feeling real bad lately. I've been lying a lot for no reason just to make myself look good. I know it sounds ridiculous but it seems like I have to exaggerate everything. any tips? Thanks

  2. Hi there,

You are the 1st post on this blog! Thank you. Lying can become a very bad habit very quickly. I bet that you have accomplished many things in your life you can be proud of. We all seem to tend to look at all the negative things in our lives instead of the positive. Start to create a habit of reminding yourself of all the good things you have done and everything that you are proud of. Do this as much as possible to retrain yourself to believe that your truth has worth. I know this might sound hard but it's not. You can change or improve anything about yourself by believing in yourself. Hope this helps, thanks and keep in touch!

  3. Hello, I can relate to alot of what you state in your blog. For most of my life I have suffered with panic disorder, and anxiety. I have learned to make some small changes, that have a big positive impact on my life. Sleeping a bt late, instead of jumping out of bed has been a small step, but a huge impacted to how i will feel for the rest of my day. I have also learned yoga and mediatation. I'm still learning it, but it makes me feel good inside and out. Thanks for letting me share. Keep up the good work. I will keep coming back to read somemore...It helps..:)

    1. Hi Anonymous,

I know that panic and anxiety can make it hard for you to experience in a comfortable way. I am happy to hear that you have made improvements in your life! One someone starts to change their lives for the better they continue to gain momentum. The key is to believe in what you are doing and that you deserve anything that life offers, as long as you keep pushing on. Never quit and know that you created your feelings so that means you can control them. Thanks for your post! Email me or post anytime!

    2. Thanks for your reply and your words touched my heart. Thank you. After this tragedy in CT, it makes one stop and think about life once again. Little babies taken, teachers. I have to wonder was this person a monster? Could he have been helped and stopped? Only God has the answers. Thanks for your post..God Bless.
