Control Basics


    I believe that all of your problems, habits, feelings, and most importantly, your thought patterns can be used to improve yourself in the short and long term.  Instead of obstacles controlling how you live and feel, we will work on new ways for you to become more powerful and certain about yourself than ever!


    As long as you promise to not to try I will help as much as I can. Did you catch that? That's right, I don't want you to try, there are too many people that try and fail over and over again.  I need you to believe that you will be successful at life; no matter what you do.  These tools will give you the answers that you need to be proud of who you are and where you are going.  You are going to me ultimately responsible for yourself and your changes, not me or anyone else in your life.

    There are basic facts that as a society we must accept. I am sure that all these Control facts you already know and have recited in you head time and time again.  I use these Control facts as part of the first step because you must start truly understanding  how to think in a different way.  Why do I call this list Control facts? Simple, these facts of life are exactly that, facts.  No one can deny them or ignore them, they will inevitably happen to all of us. There are two types: Negative Control Facts and Positive Control Facts.  At the end of this process, you will learn to see opportunity instead of obstacles. Using these techniques that I have combined from myself and many sources, you will end up feeling that  life can be an exciting, limitless journey.

    Please read through these simple but powerful facts of life.  Some Control facts will not make you feel good and others will.  But will explain the truth of life in it's simplest form.

Negative Control Facts (NCF):

- You will experience failure on many levels in your life.

Control #2

- Not everyone will like you.

Control #3

-  Tragedy touches everyone's life.

Control #4

- Disappointment and pain touches everyone's life.

Control #5

- You will experience many problems throughout your life.


Positive Control Facts (PCF):

Control #1

- You can create a positive outlook on anything in life.

Control #2

- You can be in control of the outcome of your life.

Control #3

- You can love your life no matter the circumstances.

Control #4

- You can change your belief about anything with practice.

Control #5

- You can appreciate everything that is around you.


    I am sure your thinking, wow, that sucked to read some of that.  It does but all will be apart of your life, like it or not.  There are many more facts to life but I feel that these are the most important and crucial to accept and understand.  Let's first talk about the Negative Control Facts:

    Negative Control Facts or NCFs are absolutely controlled, just not by you.  These facts of life are going to happen no matter someone's age, social status, income level, gender, whatever.  Those five facts will be apart of our future and our past.  We all know this, so why list them?  Because the way we go about dealing with these negative facts of life are the most important decisions you will ever make.  Most of us will decide where we will work, who we will love, what we like, etc. but I believe those decisions are based on how and what we choose to do when those Negative Control Facts come into our lives.  No one can tell you what decisions you make in life, you need to decide yourself, but I will be able to explain to you the proper and healthy ways to approach them.

    Positive Control Facts or PCFs can change your life and move you forward in all the right directions.  These are ones that we should have embedded in our minds and use them in everyday life.  You can be in total control of these facts in your life if you use them.  These five Positive Control Facts with help you lead a path of happiness, determination, and readiness for anything that you need to handle or want in your life.  Each one starts with two words; I can.  That doesn't mean you will or you have to, it means that you need to realize that you are in control of everything you do, including your your thought process and patterns.
